I’ve been there—long corporate hours, no time to plan, and wasted groceries from unused recipes. I felt drained, broken, and older than my years. I realized that change starts with understanding nutrition, from the basics of macronutrients to creating balanced, time-efficient meals.
This journey began with research, experiments, and building a system that works. I’m not a nutritionist—just someone who decided to learn. If I can do it, so can you. Just repeat after me and save yourself hours of research.
